We experienced a bad experience with installation of drainage tile from a supposedly good company and ended up with continual water in the basement. We got three bids to have our basement floor raised with new tiles installed. Chris from CH was competitive in the bids. While the other companies said we had to get carpenters in to remove and replace our basement stairs, Chris would help us do this. The two other companies would not be available for six to eight weeks and Chris would be here in two. They were on time, worked in pouring rain and stifling heat. I was struck by the politeness of the workers. Dan and I stand behind Chris and his company 100%. We now have a dry basement and are very satisfied with a job well done.
